Butchery

We can trace back at least 7 generations of beef farmers & butchers in the Brown Family. The beef cattle that we keep here at Redcliffe Farm are 100% grass fed and spend a long summer outdoors eating all day, in the winter you can see them in their winter home which is adjacent to the car park, where they’ll be no doubt chewing on the homemade sileage. As our cattle spend so much time outdoors the beef has a great marbled quality and as we rear it and sell it here on the farm, you won’t find beef with a simply provenance.
